A study examining the 1-year preventive effect of smartphone-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy on the onset of major depression in individuals with subthreshold depression was published in the British Journal of Psychiatry

A collaborative research group led by Kyoto University and Nagoya City University demonstrated that smartphone-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy can prevent the onset of major depression over a one-year period among individuals with subthreshold depression.
